Pizza Hut Nuts!

I've had such a lovely week of celebrating my birthday with friends and family and tonight was no exception. A group of us went round the corner to Pizza Hut to fill ourselves full of free salad and half price pizza! We had such a fun night, I got some really thoughtful presents and then they got me a cake and sang to me which was so nice. Lulu made sure she got her face in the pics again:

A very Happy Birthday

Today was spent opening very beautiful cards, skyping the sis in New Zealand which was wonderful, eating a really delicious lunch at Pilling's Lock with the ma and granny, having an afternoon nap and then a visit to the dentist to start getting my teeth fixed! When Nadia met Lulu

This year I turn the grand old age of 24 and as my birthday occurs during summer I have numerous celebrations with different friends. This weekend I was in Birmingham celebrating with my fabulous friend Santhosh. Before I left I borrowed one of my mum's necklaces and we got to talking about the sort of jewellery Katie wears, which tends to be big and bold. I had previously mentionned to my mum about a lobster necklace that I saw at LFW by Tatty Devine and low and behold my mum left the room and returned with a parcel containing . . . . . the necklace! To say that I was shocked would be an understatement and I am completely in love with Lulu, the lobster:

I'm exhausted after a fun filled day out with friends and lots of good food! We went to visit a friend near Peterborough and spent the day being rather silly and touristy. My friend lives in a tiny village which she gave us a tour of and I spotted the perfect place to take a photo:
